Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions regarding our physical products, digital products, licensing, store policies, classes and more. Please read and if there is something that is not included then reach out to us and we will assist you.

When will I receive my digital products?
Here at Ieasha Designed It we do not physically ship digital products. When you purchase digital products from us the digital product will come to the e-mail address that you enter at checkout so make sure you enter the correct e-amil; if you have not received it check your spam folder because it may have went there. (We are not responsible for any digital products that did not reach your inbox). Also, be sure to read all store policies.
Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?
No. We do not offer refunds on any of our products including but not limited to Physical Products, Digital Products, Courses, Classes, etc. Please Read Return Policy for more information.
All sales are final.
3. When will I receive my files?
Your files will be available for immediate download after checkout.
You will also receive a confirmation email with your downloaded link.
4. Can I use your designs to make items to sell?
Yes. You may create physical finished products to sell, such as journals, shirts, mugs, or printed goods. This is allowed under the store’s non-exclusive license (please read this section to get more understanding).
5. Can I resell or share the digital files?
No. You may not resell, share, distribute, or give away the digital files in any form.
6. Can I upload your designs to Print-on-Demand sites?
You may NOT upload the raw design files.
If using POD services, you must upload only your own completed finished product design, not the raw file purchased from this shop.
7. What if I accidentally buy the same product twice?
Contact us with your order details. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. What if my files won’t download or open?
Please contact us. We will help troubleshoot the issue and ensure you receive the correct files.
9. Do you take custom design requests?
Custom work may be available on a limited basis. Please inquire through the contact page.
