Non-Exclusive Use License
LICENSE AGREEMENT (NON-EXCLUSIVE USE LICENSE)

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all digital design files purchased from this store (“Licensed Material”). By purchasing or downloading any Licensed Material, you agree to the terms below.
1. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Material for:
- Personal use
- Commercial use, limited to the creation of physical end products for sale
This Agreement does not grant ownership of the Licensed Material.
2. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the Licensed Material to create physical items such as journals, apparel, mugs, accessories, and printed goods
- Sell the physical finished products you create
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Resell, share, redistribute, or give away the Licensed Material in digital format
- Sell or distribute the Licensed Material as part of any digital template, bundle, or resource
- Upload the Licensed Material (or derivatives) to Print-on-Demand platforms as the digital design file
- Claim the Licensed Material as your own
- Use the Licensed Material in any way that infringes on intellectual property laws
Violation of these terms constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All Licensed Material remains the exclusive intellectual property of Ieasha Designed It
No ownership or exclusive rights are transferred through purchase.
5. Termination of License
This license terminates automatically if:
- You breach any part of this Agreement
- You misuse, resell, or unlawfully distribute the Licensed Material
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Material.
6. No Warranty
All files are provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees regarding compatibility, quality, or suitability for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not responsible for:
- Losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Licensed Material
- Printing or production errors
- Software issues beyond our control
- Any other problems that may occur regardless of what it may be.
