Please read this agreement carefully as it contains important information. By using or accessing this website and the products that we provide; you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and must close this website immediately. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. Minors are NOT allowed to use this site.  We may also refuse goods and services placed in person, on social media or on this website.

Viruses

We WILL NOT be held liable or responsible for any viruses or bugs that may happen on your device or computer. We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs and/or viruses. You are responsible to make sure your device and/or computer have the proper and up to date virus detection and/or prevention software to protect your device and/or computer. 

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, bugs, trojans or any other material which is malicious and technically harmful. You must not attempt to gain access to our site, server, or anything that is illegal. If you do so this will be a breach of provision and it is against the law, which in terms we will prosecute you to the fullest of the law and your right to use our site and any services will cease immediately.

Severability

If any of these provisions in these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid under any applicable laws, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

We (Ieasha Designed It) have every right to change, amend, suspend all or part of our site without any given notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.

Color and Specifications

Here at Ieasha Designed It we make it our top priority to display accuracy, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors in our pictures on this website due to lighting and other variations. 

Payment Options

Ieasha Designed It requires that ALL payments are Paid In Full at the time of placing your order. We have made it very affordable and convenient for you as we do accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal and other payment options that may be or become available to you on this website.

Your Information

If you wish to place an order with Ieasha Designed It we do ask for some personal information that will help with processing your order faster and accurately. You may be asked for information such as your Name, Address, E-mail, Phone Number, Credit or Debit Card Information and so forth. You represent and warrant that you have legal rights to use any credit or debit cards or any other payment method connected with the order, and that the information that you provide is accurate and true. By submitting such information you give Ieasha Designed It and any third party company that we use the right to process the information given in accordance with the law and in accordance with providing you the service of completing your order.

Order Cancellation

We do have the right to cancel any order due to availability and/or any errors due to  prices or order status. If any items have to be returned it must be returned in the original packaging and it have to be something that was our fault. We DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds but we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and correct any wrong that was done on our part. Since we do not give refunds we will try in good faith to right any wrong that was our fault by providing the customer with exchanging an item but only if it was our fault or we will provide the customer with a store credit in the amount of what was paid for the item minus any discounts that can be used in our store at a later date. Store credit have to be used within 1 year from the date of receiving it. 

Damages and/or Loss of Package

In the event that a package is received defective due to fault of Ieasha Designed It then we will gladly offer a replacement or a store credit that have to be used with 1 year of receiving it. If the customer receives a package that is damaged by the shipping carrier, then the customer will need to reach out to the shipping carrier that shipped the package to file a claim. We here at Ieasha Designed It will assist with this process if you have any questions and need assistance just reach out to us at the email address below.

To report any issues with an order that was our fault please contact us by e-mail at ieashadesignedit@gmail.com within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your package. Please provide clear and accurate pictures for the item(s) that you would like for us to review. If we find that we were not at fault for the damage, then you will receive an e-mail stating that or if we find that we were at fault you will receive an e-mail on where to send the items and a return slip for you to return the item to us at no cost to you. We may request for the item or items to be returned or discarded at our discretion.

Processing and Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days depending on the complexity of the order. If the customer orders custom items for example memorial items then it could take a little longer depending on what the customer wants on their custom item(s). Remember we make our custom items Handmade and we put Love into everything that we make here at Ieasha Designed It that is what makes it extra special to our customers.

We do offer Free Shipping with orders $100.00 or More. We usually ship using standard flat rate or priority mail. The shipping carrier we use are USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

Please Understand that once we ship the package(s) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY Lost or Damaged Packages. Make sure you purchase insurance to protect your packages. Due to continuous increases in postage there may be an increase in shipping  costs...we hope that you understand. 

ALL Digital Products are Instant Downloads in which we DO NOT mail these products. Check your e-mail for your downloads. Sales are Final On ALL Digital Products. We Do not offer any store credit on Digital Products.
