These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from this store. By purchasing or downloading any digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Products

All products offered in this store are digital files delivered electronically.

No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, cancellations and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. License Grant (Non-Exclusive)

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for:

• Personal use, and
• Commercial use, limited to the creation of physical, finished goods.

This license does not grant you ownership of the digital design. The design remains available for others to purchase and use. All rights not expressly granted remain with Ieasha Designed It.

3. Permitted Use

Under this license, you may:

• Use the files to create physical end products intended for sale (e.g., journals, apparel, mugs, prints).
• You are able to sell the design as is and keep any money made from the design.

4. Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from:

1. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or gifting the digital files, in whole or in part.
2. Claiming the digital designs as your own work.
3. Uploading the raw digital files, or substantially similar files, to any Print-on-Demand (POD) platform or marketplace.
4. Selling or licensing the original digital file, or any derivative digital version of it.
5. Using the files in any manner that violates copyright or intellectual property law.

Any violation of these restrictions constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including artwork, designs, and files, remain the intellectual property of Ieasha Designed It.

Purchase does not transfer copyright, ownership, or exclusive rights.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive any right to chargebacks or refund claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from:

• Improper use of the files,
• Printing errors or quality variations,
• Software compatibility issues, or
• Failure to follow instructions or guidelines.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
